The crushers in the DU line were developed for crushing coal and stone or other materials with a strength of up to 130 MPa. They are located in the mine passage, in the route of the collecting scraper conveyor. The crusher can be utilized in combination with scraper conveyors up to 850 mm wide for DU 1 or 750 mm for DU2 depending on variant P1-P6 – see the technical parameters.
All variants of the DU coal crusher are composed of basic parts with the crushing drum positioned horizontally. The crusher components include individual chutes corresponding to the respective scraper conveyor. Based on an agreement, the crusher can also be modified for another type of a scraper conveyor no wider than 850 mm wide for DU 1 or 750 mm for DU2. The crusher can only be moved together with the scraper conveyor.
