The company was established in 1997. The dynamic development of the entrepreneurial activities of the company is linked with the commencement of production activities after the takeover of the comprehensive manufacturing programme from the company FERRUM Strojírna, a.s. on 1 May 2001.
In a way, the company continues the long-term traditions of machinery and mining production in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí.
Currently, the main manufacturing programme is engineering custom production, including technical preparation.
The company has modern manufacturing capacities, particularly in the area of machining, welding and thermal processing.
